Art Expo India 2009 is now just round the corner….
This keenly awaited contemporary art event will be held from September 25-27at Nehru Centre, Mumbai. Collectors and investors look forward to the expo that strives to act as a platform for serious exchanges on art appreciation, investing and collecting art.
Art Expo India serves as a key link that binds art lovers as well as artists, both emerging and established. Art experts facilitate the process of interaction between connoisseurs of art and artists. They give an insight into the art market trends. It’s an avenue to get a grasp of contemporary art trends.
AEI , first hosted in 2008, has established itself as a major channel for a free dialogue that involves every player in the market, all part of a fulfilling voyage that leads to a ‘meaningful exploration of creativity’. The second edition of the event is going to be a step forward in a rewarding journey.
Mr. Vickram Sethi has initiated the event. He with his team of art experts has successfully arranged several art shows, exhibits and art camps over last two decades or so. His vast experience and proven expertise drives the Art Expo’s dynamic team.
He mentions in his invitational note: “The inaugural 2008edition was a huge success. It attracted art connoisseurs from far and wide. The 2009 edition promises to be far bigger. Some of the best-known galleries from India and abroad will be participating in it. Top contemporary artists, eminent critics, art historians, distinguished art curators and prominent collectors will be there.”
